Pilot Log account
The Pilot log is the perfect tool for evey pilot.
Private pilots to Airline pilots to bush pilots
Flightlog Backups Pilot Log gives you the perfect overview of all your flights.
You have everything from the small statistic bar at the profile page (Pic.1) showing total hours and quick info to the large Summery feature under the Summery tab where you can get a big amount of different summeries like Total flight time on a spec aircraft (Pic.3) and the very popular Total Report.

The Total Report is a compilation of all your flight information like Total Hours, Total Hours last 90 days, Flight types and hour in each, Aircraft Models and hours on each and Valid Papers.
Everything compiled to 1-2 A4 papers for easy printing (Pic.3)

You can customize your logbook to add other stuff then you normally have in your logbook. E.g. you can add Engine Starts, Sling loads, Cost/Hour (Perfect during the flightschool to keep track of the costs) and much more. All these are easily added/removed under settings.

Another great thing with FLBs Pilot Log is that before you enter any flights you add the Aircraft you are flying to your "aircraft list" (Pic.5) e.g. SE-XXX and its a Boeing 737.
When you enter a flight in your log you simply select SE-XXX (Pic.2) in a drop down list and the program will automatically calculate this flight with a Boeing 737,
which means Turbine time, Mulit Engine time, Wake Turbulance M and Landplane. All that will be logged for statistics without you having to do anything.
All that information is of course shown in various graphs under Summeries.

Flight Ops Manager account
The Flight Ops Manager product is the best tool for every FOM to keep track of his pilots papers, service hours and flight progress.

If the pilot has a Pilot Log (Highly recommended) the Flight Ops Manager account fetches information like papers, time of flight and service hours from the pilots log and shown at his FOMs account aswell.
To this the FOM can add additional papers like Linechecks, PC/OPC etc.
If the pilot doesnt have a Pilot Log of his own there is a function to add a whole new pilot via the FOM account, but then you have to manage that whole account with all papers, and you can not get any time of flight information and service times.
But perfect when you only want to keep track of hte papers.

Pilots without Pilot Log will have a Restricted Pilot Log which the FOM have added and will be able to log in and take part of the Library and the Message system.

Also there is the Library service where the FOM can upload documents for the pilots to take part of either to an individual pilot or to everyone.
Perfect for the OM, manuals, FOI messages and much more.

The Flight Ops Manager also have access to the Pilot Database where he can search for pilots needed for e.g. a specific job right right away or maby even an employment.

There is one "ad on" service which is not included in the regular FOM account which is the GPS tracking service where the Flight Ops manager can track his Aircrafts/Cars etc via his FOM account here at Flightlog Backup.

Instructor account
The Instructor account is a service for the Instructors to manage their students during their training.
Each connected Student will have an own Student Log where the Instructor fill out all the esential information about todays flight and some notes if needed.
The Student Log can be customized under Settings.
The Instructor also keeps track of the Students papers like Student Permit, Medicals etc.

Just like on the Flight Ops Manager account you can Connect students (Students with a Pilot Log) and add a complete new one.

The whole student file with all the flights are easily printed out efter the student is done at your school and you want to disconnect him.
We do offer safe storage of the student logs after the student is done but since most countries still demands those files to be filed for 10 years on a paper copy most of our users choses to print out the information before dsconnecting the student.

The Instructor account also comes with a Library Function which is perfect to upload important information to the students.
E.g. John Smith needs to read a couple of pages before his checkride. You simply upload the paper to John and attach a small message.
Under Messages and Sent Messages you will see when John has read the message due to the message turns from red to green.
Then you know he has taken part of the neccassary information.
